Apology and Notice Regarding Order Duplication

We are currently experiencing an issue with our newly implemented “Credit Card Payment - Paygent” system where some customer orders are being processed twice.
This occurs because, due to system delays while you are entering your card information, items that have already sold out may appear as available for purchase.


【Due to the payment processor's requirements, card information must be entered each time. To facilitate quick entry, we recommend using copy-and-paste methods and completing this step as promptly as possible.】



Purchases made via credit card payment are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
We deeply regret this situation, but if duplicate orders are placed, we will cancel any orders confirmed after the first one.
Customers affected by duplicate orders will receive a cancellation notification email the following business day.



We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and trouble caused by the requirement to enter card information for credit card purchases and kindly ask for your understanding.
